VOTING PROCESS FOR THE MERGER

The Inland Gateway Merger Process will commence starting on Thursday, March 21st at 10 AM and end on Monday, March 25th at 10 AM. During this period, both EVAR and TIGAR REALTOR® members will be eligible to cast their vote regarding the merger.

The voting process will be different for each association. On this page will discuss the process for each AOR's voting, including a short instructional video on the process of each AOR's voting system.

VOTING PROCESS FOR THE EAST VALLEY ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® MEMBERS

East Valley Association of REALTORS®

On March 21st at 10 AM, eligible REALTOR® members with the East Valley Association of REALTORS®
will receive an e-mail with their voting credentials. This e-mail will be sent from SurveyMonkey with the from e-mail reading "Annette@Eastvalleyaor.org via SurveyMonkey."

This e-mail will contain your voting credentials. The link is unique to the voting member only - do not share this e-mail or link with anyone. Once you are ready to vote, click on the "Click Here to Vote" link within the e-mail.

You will be directed to the voting portal. Here, you will be able to cast your vote in the affirmative for the merger or in opposition to the merger. Once you have made your choice, select "Submit Vote," and it will bring you to a screen confirming your vote.

The voting process begins on Thursday, March 21st at 10 AM and ends on Monday, March 25th at 10 AM
. We will not be accepting votes prior to or following that time-period. All votes regarding the merger MUST be cast during this time period.

When voting opens on March 21st at 10:00 am, you will receive an email from The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS® titled “Official Ballot - TIGAR/EVAR Proposed Merger”.

 

This email will contain your voting credentials as well as a direct link to vote. Both the credentials and link are unique to you and cannot be shared. You can either click the direct link or use the credentials to log in at https://tigar.org/vote.

 

Once you are logged in, simply choose your response to the proposed question and click submit to cast your vote.     

 

Please note that voting is only open for active REALTOR® Members of The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS® in good standing.
