THE INLAND
GATEWAY MERGER

We are delighted to inform you that the results of the membership votes for both organizations overwhelmingly support the merger between the East Valley Association of REALTORS® (EVAR) and The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS® (TIGAR). EVAR saw 20% of its membership participate in the vote, with 86% voting in favor of the merger and 14% against, and TIGAR had 15% of its membership vote, with 85% voting in favor and 15% against.

This merger represents a significant step forward for our industry, embodying a spirit of innovation and forward-thinking solutions. By coming together, EVAR and TIGAR have formed a unified entity that is better equipped to navigate the evolving landscape of real estate and provide enhanced services to our members.

With the merger approved by such resounding margins, we are poised to embark on a new chapter of collaboration, growth, and innovation. Together, as a unified association, we will leverage our collective strengths to better serve our members and advance our shared mission.
